Charted on July 4, 2018, the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 501 represents workers in the entertainment industry, employed on the Rock Lititz campus. Our members work behind-the-scenes in a one of a kind production community. Rock Lititz is a "one-stop-shop" where artists collaborate live production.

Nearly 30 different companies come together to form the Rock Lititz Community. Employers such as Clair Brothers, Tait, Atomic, Upstage Video, and 4Wall make Rock Lititz a hub of live production.

We work in all facets of the entertainment industry. Our objectives are to unite all workers for the following purposes:

1. To improve the wages and hours of work, to increase job security and to better working conditions.
2. To advance workers' economic, social and cultural interests.
3. To establish peaceful and harmonious relations between our members and our employers, and to increase the stability of the industry.
4. To assure full employment.
5. To promote and support democracy and free trade unionism.
6. To engage in such other activities as may be necessary or proper to strengthen the labor movement and to extend the process of collective bargaining throughout all trades and industries.

We shall endeavor to accomplish the foregoing purposes by organizing the unorganized, educating our membership, negotiating collective bargaining agreements with employers, securing progressive legislation, and by all other appropriate means within the International.
